R&R BBQ Meridian

The whole thing was fantastic. The food was out of this world everything was seasoned well, everything was cooked perfectly, and overall just delicious. The service was impeccable, we sat down didn’t even wait 10 minutes and the food arrived. One of the staff members Ben was so nice he was walking around being so friendly to other costumers, he has such a happy spirit, and you could tell that he enjoys working there. The atmosphere was good. There were tvs playing sports, the air smelt good, and it was very clean. My sister has a birthday coming up and I will definitely be catering from here. 10/10

I have never come here and got disappointed. For some reason R&R isn't top of mind when we think of places to eat but it really should be. It's delicious, the servings are generous, the menu is big but not overwhelming, their specials really are special and their meat is soft and smoky. The staff are soo well trained, pleasant and very courteous. The place is always immaculate, and we barely have any wait time! For celiacs, this restaurant is also very safe! They are knowledgeable about gluten-free, and my hubby has never been cross contaminated. The prices are also very competitive and you are full and satisfied every time. Get the loaded baked potatoes with brisket. the pineapple pulled pork sandwich, and the pulled pork Tacos! Don't forget the peach cobbler!

This was one of our favorite meals of my whole 3 week visit! (& Im visiting from Nashville) Our party of 8 tried a lot of the menu & most was our favorite rendition weve ever had. My oldest sis is a bit of a picky eater & raved on her tasty meal the mist! She got the mac n cheese topped w/the best pulled pork Ive ever eaten. We loved the jalapeno addition to the hot n crispy hushpuppies. Mom snirkled down on her sauced chicken wings. Several tried the tacos & some shared the yummy 3 meat plate with potato salad (nobody liked-sorry) & the mac n cheese (super buttery taste & not too dry) We also tried the peach cobbler & all liked that too! We tried the chef sald, tacos, wings, brisket too. Our tables 2 tippity-top winners were the juicy succulent pork ribs & the equally fantastic pulled pork. So moist & perfect ammount of smoke. (Being from Tennessee, Ive had my fair share of dry stringy bland pulled pork.) We also liked the rustic but clean atmosphere & sat in the part if the dining area w/the washin station & used it. Loved that thoughtful & quirky convenience. The workers were helpful when we ordered up at the front, then frendly & smiling when they delivered our diff orders to our tables. A few snafus, but they got it fixed in a matter of minutes. We all want to come back again even though it was a bit more expensive than some other choices, a great value for delicious well-crafted bbq! 2 sticky thumbs up!

Last night my wife and I stopped for the first time. The service was very good and they strive to make sure we were taken care of. The food was very good, I had the Mac and cheese with brisket. My wife had the baked potato with brisket and loved it. We will be coming back again.

I went there for lunch today, the chicken was cold as if it just came out of the refrigerator, the pork was dry and brisket as well and hardly any meat in the tacos, also the tortillas were chewy and stale and hard on the outside and there was no smoke flavor at all in the brisket or anything we ate. So disappointed, it's a shame. We were there when it should of had a lunch rush only 2 other people in the restaurant at the time and now I see why. Will never return. What a pity. . The above review is when I went there and I was disappointed, but I also want my review to know that the manager Ben and the assistant manager have both reached out to me twice to rectify the situation. I'm not looking for free food but I want people to know what good customer service this is and I really appreciate it, because of this I will try it again.

This has been a great spot to come back to over and over again for the food and service. I'd like to recognize Eric for his solid recommendations. He's quick to help but also patient while I have questions about the menu. He's not only good at his job, he's sincerely kind and accommodating. He doesn't hide in the back to avoid customer contact.....he steps right up with a positive attitude, ready to help. He definitely makes eating here a joyous experience.

Just had another fantastic meal at R&R BBQ in Meridian, and once again, they did not disappoint! I ordered two of the Pork Baked Potatoes and a Pulled Pork Sandwich—everything was absolutely delicious. The Pork Baked Potatoes are generously sized and perfect for sharing, packed with flavor and just the right amount of toppings. This was my sixth visit, whether dining in or picking up to-go with friends and family, and every time the food has been consistently great. The service is always solid and friendly, and I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. R&R BBQ continues to impress—keep up the amazing work!

My husband and I shared the loaded baked potato. AMAZING! we always mix the Original and Spicy BBQ sauces and it doesn't disappoint. Perfect amount of salt around the outside of the potato -- sometimes it's too much at other places. The amount of meat was good for us, but if there were two people sharing who were true meat lovers it might not be enough. This was way too big for one person...please don't eat alone...you may explode
